What is Umberto Giugliano’s return policy?

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the last item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement, for example by email. For this purpose, you may use the withdrawal form by logging into the website and accessing the “My orders and returns” section, or you may send an email to help@umbertogiugliano.it indicating name – surname – order number. How much does return shipping cost? 

Italy

The customer is required to pay €5 for the cost of return shipping.

Europe

The customer may return the item independently using a courier of their choice, or request a return label from Umberto Giugliano at a cost of €20.

Rest of the World

The customer may return the item independently using a courier of their choice, or request a return label from Umberto Giugliano at a cost of €40.

Each returned item must still have all tags attached, include the original packaging and must not have been used or damaged. Exchanges are available on umbertogiugliano.it . You may request to exchange the product for another item available on the website.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs if the order was shipped within Italy. The aforementioned delivery costs will be excluded from the refund during “Free Return” promotions, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.  These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You are kindly requested to send back the goods or deliver them to us at the following address: SG GIUGLIANO SRL – PIAZZA PRINCIPE UMBERTO 3, 80035 – NOLA (NA), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are usually visible within 10 business days, depending on the payment provider’s processing time.

Using the tracking number, you can follow the progress of your parcel with our courier. As soon as your item has been received and accepted by our Partner, we will send you an email to confirm the refund.
