Orders are shipped within 2 business days and delivery generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method. Shipping costs are visible at checkout, and most products are free.
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order by accessing the "My Orders & Returns" section, emailing help@umbertogiugliano.it, or using the returns portal. Items must be intact, unused, with tags and original packaging.
Return costs vary by region: in Italy, they are free for products discounted under 30%, while they cost €5 for products on sale at 30% or more. For Europe and the rest of the world, you can use your own courier or request an UMBERTO GIUGLIANO label for €20 or €40, respectively. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and verified.
